The materials appearing on Pixi could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pixi does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Pixi may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.
Pixi has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Pixi of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Pixi strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and updates that could temporarily interrupt service. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Pixi integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, AWS, OpenRouter AI, Unsplash, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their operations or policies.
Voice Processing Disclosure: Raw microphone audio is processed locally on your device in your browser and is not transmitted to Pixi servers or third-party servers. Only derived text/keywords needed for service features may be sent to external providers.
When you authorize Pixi to access your Google Drive (via drive.file scope), you grant us permission to access files you create/open with Pixi for imports you explicitly select. We do not:

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Pixi, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding Pixi may be used by us for any purpose without obligation to you.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on Pixi, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixi regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
